Returns & Exchanges

By shopping here with Eyewearking.com, you consent to our return and exchange policies. Please take the time to read this entire page as well as our privacy policy, terms & conditions and customer care pages before continuing your shopping experience with us.

  • Part of the online shopping experience is taking a chance on an item. We understand that occasionally you, the customer, will not always be satisfied with your purchase and therefore we offer a 7 day period within which products can be returned for a partial refund. That 7 day period begins when the frame arrives at your desired location and provides more than sufficient time for you to return your purchase. All you need to do is to notify us of your return within 7 days of when you receive the glasses.

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item for either store credit or a refund, with each option incurring specific fees.

  • Store Credit or Exchange: If you opt to return your frame in exchange for another or for store credit, your return will be subject to a fifteen percent re-stocking fee. Taxes, if applicable, as well as shipping charges, will not be refunded. The exchange value or store credit will be given based on the cost of the frame after deducting the appropriate restocking fee.

  • Refund: If you opt for a complete refund you will receive a refund valued at the cost of the frame minus a twenty percent restocking fee.

  • Processing Your Return: Please allow up to seven days from when your return arrives back at our facilities for your returned item to be processed and for you to receive your store credit or refund. 

  • Damaged Frames: If your purchase becomes damaged while in your possession it will not be accepted back for a return, exchange or store credit. We only accept back frames that are in re-sellable condition.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product or a product that is in any way unsatisfactory due to something on our end, we will process an exchange or refund with no incurred return fees. However, this does not apply to items that are returned due to fit, style or any cosmetic reason. This applies strictly to defective items.

  • Prescription Frames: Any lens orders that have been started on (cut, polished, edged, etc) are non-refundable. Additionally, lenses can not be returned for any sort of reimbursement unless the order was processed incorrectly. We strongly suggest that you make sure your prescription is up-to-date and entirely accurate before you place an order; refunds or exchanges will not be given if the problem stems from you providing us with an incorrect prescription. 

  • Unclaimed Packages: If after several attempts at delivery, USPS marks the package as unclaimed and returns it to our facilities, the glasses will be treated as a return and you will be issued a refund which will be subject to the ten percent re-stocking fee. USPS makes several attempts to deliver their packages so this should not be a problem. 

  • However, if your prescription lens order is filled incorrectly, you may return your lenses for a complete refund. However, the frame is not eligible to be returned unless it meets the requirements posted above.

  • If for any reason you decide to return your purchase, please notify us before you send it back or soon thereafter.
